- Donations (a) Donations made to BISWAS NGO are generally non-refundable. (b) In the event of an error in the amount of the donation or a duplicate transaction, donors may request a refund within 3 days of the donation date by contacting us at talk2biswasngo@gmail.com.(c) Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the final decision will be at the discretion of BISWAS NGO.
- Event Registrations and Tickets (a) If you have registered for an event hosted by BISWAS NGO and are unable to attend, you may request a refund within 3 days prior to the event. (b) Refunds for event tickets will be processed only if the cancellation request is made within the specified timeframe. (c) If an event is canceled or rescheduled, we will offer either a full refund or the option to transfer the registration to a future event.
- Merchandise Sales (a) If BISWAS NGO sells merchandise through the website, returns or exchanges may be permitted within 3 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
